Get Help
If we maintain web services for you under contract, please check the manual and/or help pages first and then, if you can't find the answer, email us, Skype, call or message us during office hours — or come to the Fossbox live chat channel. If you don't have a contract, email us with some information about your needs and we will give you an estimate.

Ways to get free help for small VCS organisations:
- Come to our monthly informal support drop-ins. Remember these are self-help workshops, we can't provide extensive or on-demand free services. We don't provide help with proprietary software or operating systems such as MS Windows.
- You can get helpsheets from our training sessions covering topics such as getting started with Ubuntu, Sustainable ICT, Free Software. Try the WordPress Codex for more help with WordPress.
- For live online help with Ubuntu, try the Ubuntu-UK Team's free support resources. You can find out how to access Ubuntu-UK's live chat volunteer support here.
Before you ask for free help from volunteer services, always make an honest attempt to sort it out yourself using web-based help resources, and always make a note of any error messages to help techies get to the bottom of it quickly. Many thanks.
