Fossbox is Community Co-Investigator in Starting From Values: Evaluating Intangible Legacies, a research collaboration led by the Brighton University Sustainability Group and funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council exploring how we can use our own ethical values as a basis to measure the legacies of Connected Communities projects in a way which is meaningful to the communities themselves.
The Sustainabilty Group at Brighton University has been developing a more grassroots way of evaluating sustainability projects with a lot of success and wanted to explore how to make this available more widely. The research is now drawing to a close and Fossbox will be participating in the research Showcase on Thursday 30th April 2015, 11am to 5pm at the Impact Hub Westminster.
We'd love to see people there from groups and organisations we work with - you can participate in a workshop and you're welcome to bring along spare copies of other evaluation reports to talk about as part of the sharing space. Fossbox will be showing some digital evaluation ideas we've been trying out and the 'Starting from Values' methodology will be shared for you to use with your own organisations.
More details here if you'd like to come along or email us for more info.
