Self-defenceIT digital inclusion project

We’re really excited about participating in an EU-funded project with Maiz migrants centre in Linz, Austria, the University of Manchester and other European partners to raise awareness of child safety and women’s issues among migrant female guardians and women working with migrant children and adolescents. Stitch yourself a synth!

I really like the Syntjuntan project in Sweden. Their workshop (5 Feb 2011) on how to stitch together a music synthesiser with a needle and thread is such a great idea for making electronics more accessible for women.
