Can’t recommend this video talk enough — Sheryl Sandberg on why there are too few women leaders. Inspiring and professional — and like she’s been reading every woman’s mail. All very familiar to me in the context of FOSS.
I admire Sheryl Sandberg for using her authority to speak up for women and advocate so compellingly for women’s right to choose career, children or any combination they choose and still enjoy a succesful career. And I agree with her that this would make the world a much better place.
